HOW DOES A PRIVATE TRANSFER WORK
Your driver will be waiting for you at the time and place requested, as stated on your confirmation voucher.
Below you can find directions to meet your driver, depending on your pick up location.
On your confirmation voucher you’ll find our emergency phone number (working 24/24), just in case you need help to meet the driver.
Your party will be the only one in the vehicle, so you don't have to waste your time waiting late people.
Your driver will help you with luggage and you will board your vehicle to reach your destination.
LUGGAGE
We highly recommend to specify the amount of luggage you will be travelling with,
at the time of the booking, so we can confirm the right size vehicle to avoid possible problems due to excess luggage.
MEETING INSTRUCTIONS
Airport: Your driver will be waiting for you after Customs, showing a sign with your name on it.
Port. Your driver will be waiting for you in front of the ship gangway, showing a sign with your name on it.
Train Station: Your driver will be waiting for you at the end of your platform, showing a sign with your name on it.
Hotel: Your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby of your hotel.
Please note: some small Hotels do not have enough space, close to the door to park the car; in this case, if possible, we kindly request you to be on time and wait close to the door, so the driver can stop the car for a few seconds, and you can promptly get in.
Private Apartment: You are kindly request to wait for your driver, close to the main door, in the street, because many times, and specially in the city center, it is very hard for the driver to park the car to look for you.
Any different instructions to meet your driver will be notified on your confirmation voucher.
HOW TO BOOK
Use the left hand menù to enter the page of the transfer you are looking for; here you will see a table with the all inclusive prices. Click on the Book now button on the right side of the vehicle you want to reserve.
Insert all of the requested details (fields marked with * are mandatory), and send us your request.
As soon as we will receive your request through our web site, we will send you the confirmation voucher by e-mail.
Our services are NOT CONFIRMED until you receive the confirmation voucher by e-mail.
Usually we send confirmation within 24 hours, but it could take longer.
However, if you do not receive confirmation within 72 hours please contact us by e-mail, Phone or Fax.

DELAYS/CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
If your arrival flight / train / ship is cancelled due to weather / unforeseen circumstances, NO CHARGE WILL BE MADE.
Our drivers monitor all flights before they leave our garages and adjust the time they leave accordingly. There are times that the chauffeur has checked the flight and everything is on time only to find out upon arriving at the airport that the plane is delayed. If you do find out your flight is going to be delayed/cancelled/changed, please call us as soon as possible, anytime day or night, and we will get in touch with the driver to let him know the flight status.
On your confirmation voucher you will also find our emergency phone number (24/24) to be in touch with us. This is the only way for us, to know exactly at what time you will arrive at the airport, and we will do our very best to re-schedule your transfer at no extra costs.
Please note:
Unfortunately things have changed a lot since September 11th, 2001, so you never know for sure how long it takes to get through immigration and customs, collect your luggage, etc. Normally in Italy, it takes about 20/40 minutes from the time when the plane lands until you actually get to the public lounge, and meet your driver. If you see that it will take longer, for example if your luggage is lost or simply takes it a long time to come out, ask the custom officer to let you come out for a second to advise your driver you'll be late.
