The Ducati Museum is located right at the Ducati factory headquarters.  Over 1000 square meters of Ducati highlights from the last 50 years can be seen here.  The company was founded by the Ducati brothers in 1926, and the museum opened in 1998 during the first annual World Ducati Week.  Here you will see the post-WWII “Cucciolo” and the more recent “Desmosedici” and appreciate the technological innovation, the award-winning design, and above all the exceptional racetrack performance.

The Ducati Museum is arranged around an illuminated racetrack that hosts 33 of its legendary motorcycles with a special spectator area housed in a gigantic red helmet.  Near the track there is a set of seven thematically organized rooms prepared by Marco Montemaggi who was the first director of the museum, and afterwards by Livio Lodi, who is the current Curator.  “It is a true product of our time”, says Livio Lodi “through which older generations of Ducatisti can relive the splendor of an age that seems to have disappeared, while the younger generations can discover the importance of Ducati’s vast and rich history.”
