First of all, just a few words to clarify the meaning of the terms you will find on our web site, to avoid confusion:

DAY TRIPS
Tours with pick up/drop off at your hotel, private apartment, villa, B&B, or wherever you need to be picked up/dropped off, except cruise ships.
How does it work: your driver will pick you up at your accommodation at the prearranged time and than at the end of the day he will drop you off at your accommodation or where requested at the time of the booking.

SHORE EXCURSIONS
Tours with pick up/drop off at your cruise ship.
How does it work: your driver will pick you up in front of your ship gangway, at the prearranged time. He will have a sign with your name on it, and than at the end of the day he will drop you off in front of your ship gangway.

TRANSFERS
Direct transfers, point to point (airport to hotel, city to city, pier to airport, etc.).
How does it work: your driver will pick you up where requested at the time of the booking, and he will drive you directly to your final destination.

TRANSFER-TOURS
Point to point transfers with stop for sightseeing en-route (i.e hotel in Florence to hotel in Rome with stop for sightseeing in Siena).
How does it work: your driver will pick you up where requested at the time of the booking, you will stop for sightseeing en route and than he will drive you to your final destination.

As you can imagine is impossible for us to list all of the feasible day trips / shore excursions / transfers / transfer-tours, because we offer customized services so there are unlimited options.
On our web site we are including the most requested options, to give you the chance to see immediately the information you are looking for; if the day trip/shore excursion/transfer/transfer-tour you are interested in is not listed on the site, simply fill in the quick request form or send us an email, with as much details as possible, so we can give you the right estimate.

IMPORTANT
During the booking procedure you will be requested to insert your credit card details, on our secure server (SSL 128 bit), but WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD; WE WILL REQUIRE IT JUST TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION. You will pay the total amount to the driver directly, at the end of the service (cash, travelers checks or personal check).



EXAMPLE # 1 - FIND/BOOK A DAY TRIP

You are a party of 6 people, your hotel is in Florence, and you are looking for a day trip to Siena and San Gimignano, with pick up/drop off at your hotel.

On every page of our site you can see the grey horizontal menu, on the top of the page, under the logo (see below img. 1).



You must click on the button DAY TRIPS
On the upper left hand side, under the logo, will appear a vertical menu, where you will choose your departure city which in this case is Florence & Tuscany (see img. 2).
Click on it, and then click on the sub-menu, opened under Florence & Tuscany, to select the Siena & San Gimignano itinerary (see img. 3).

   

You can do the same choice, clicking on the Siena & San Gimignano box, in the main content page (see img. 4).



Once you have entered the Siena and San Gimignano page, you will see the suggested itinerary with all of the details, including the PRICES & RESERVATION table (see img. 5).



To reserve this tour for your party of 6 people, you have to click on the book now button of the third line, the one valid for 5 or 6 people.
As soon as you have completed the procedure, we will receive your booking request through our secure web site and we will send you the confirmation voucher, via e-mail.
Our services are not confirmed until you receive the confirmation voucher.




EXAMPLE # 2 - FIND/BOOK A SHORE EXCURSION

You are a party of 8 people, you are on a cruise ship that will dock in Livorno Port, and you are looking for a shore excursion to Florence and Pisa, with pick up/drop off at your ship.

On every page of our site you can see the grey horizontal menu, on the top of the page, under the logo (see below img. 1).



You must click on the button SHORE EXCURSIONS
On the upper left hand side, under the logo, will appear a vertical menu, where you will choose your port of call which in this case is Livorno (see img. 2).
Click on it, and then click on the sub-menu, opened under Livorno, to select the Florence & Pisa itinerary (see img. 3).

   

You can do the same choice, clicking on the Florence & Pisa box, in the main content (see img. 4).



Once you have entered the Florence & Pisa page, you will see the suggested itinerary with all of the details, including the PRICES & RESERVATION table (see img. 5).



To reserve this tour, since you are a party of 8 people, you have to click on the book now button of the forth line, the one valid for 7 or 8 people.
As soon as you have completed the procedure, we will receive your booking request through our secure web site and we will send you the confirmation voucher, via e-mail.
Our services are not confirmed until you receive the confirmation voucher.




EXAMPLE # 3 - FIND/BOOK A TRANSFER

You are a party of 4 people on a cruise ship, you will disembark at Civitavecchia Port, and you need a direct transfer to Rome Fco Airport.

On every page of our site you can see the grey horizontal menu, on the top of the page, under the logo (see below img. 1).



You must click on the button TRANSFERS
On the upper left hand side, under the logo, will appear a vertical menu, where you will choose your departure location, Civitavecchia Port (see img. 2).
Click on it, and then click on the sub-menu, opened under Civitavecchia Port Transfers, to select the Civitavecchia Port to Rome Airport route (see img. 3).

   

You can do the same choice, clicking on the Civitavecchia Port to Rome Airport box, in the main content (see img. 4).



Once you have entered the Civitavecchia Port to Rome Airport page, you will see all of the service details, including the PRICES & RESERVATION table (see img. 5).



To reserve this transfer, since you are a party of 4 people, you have to click on the book now button of the second line, the one valid for 3 or 4 people.
As soon as you have completed the procedure, we will receive your booking request through our secure web site and we will send you the confirmation voucher, via e-mail.
Our services are not confirmed until you receive the confirmation voucher.




EXAMPLE # 4 - FIND/BOOK A TRANSFER-TOUR

You are a party of 6 people, you need to be transferred from your hotel in Florence to your hotel in Rome, and you’d like to stop in Siena for sightseeing, lunch, shopping, etc.

On every page of our site you can see the grey horizontal menu, on the top of the page, under the logo (see below img. 1).



You must click on the button TRANSFER TOURS
On the upper left hand side, under the logo, will appear a vertical menu, where you will choose your route, Florence <---> Rome (same link if you need the opposite route Rome to Florence (see img. 2).
Click on it, and then click on Via Siena on the sub-menu, opened under Florence <---> Rome route (see img. 3).

   

You can do the same choice, clicking on the Via Siena box, in the main content page (see img. 4).



Once you have entered the Florence to Rome via Siena page, you will see all of the service details, including the PRICES & RESERVATION table (see img. 5).



To reserve this transfer with sightseeing, since you are a party of 6 people, you have to click on the book now button of the third line, the one valid for 5 or 6 people.
As soon as you have completed the procedure, we will receive your booking request through our secure web site and we will send you the confirmation voucher, via e-mail.
Our services are not confirmed until you receive the confirmation voucher.
