For those who love personal well-being, peace, and relaxation surely know that Tuscany is one of the regions in Italy that offers the most opportunities to regenerate one’s body and mind.  Thanks to the numerous hot springs (about 90 spread out in the area), it’s possible to organize specific stays.  You can choose from those that offer a specified therapy which lasts the whole day, or you can also choose to dedicate only part of the day to a desired treatment; adding the spa-stop to a sightseeing tour.

RELAXING DAY SPA (3 hours)
Thermal steam bath in the Grotta at a temperature of 34°C (87°F)
Thermal hydromassage jet under shower applied manually at a pressure of 2 atms.
Tui-na - Chinese traditional massage: ancient Chinese massage which exerts its action on the body energy lines re-balancing organ functionality. Stimulates and strengthens the nervous and immune system, improves circulation and gives energy to the whole body.
Aromatherapy facial: personalised aromatherapy treatment for the face and neck where essential oils are used in conjunction with thermal spa cosmetics for a relaxing, detoxifying and toning effect.

WELLBEING DAY SPA (4/5 hours)
Acqua gym in the thermal pool with underwater massages.
Thermal steam bath in the Grotta at a temperature of 34°C (87° F)
Thermal hydromassage jet under shower, applied manually at a pressure of 2 atms.
Spa phyto-fango (clay)  therapy: improves body contour and helps prevent and alleviates cellulite and sagging skin. A special application of mud enriched with mineral elements, essential oils and plant extracts.
Spa facial: a regenerating treatment for the face and neck using exclusive formulas, according to personal needs and skin type (sensitive, dry and acne prone skin).
